Is the name "Russian sex kitten" considered a dirty word (or more properly a set of dirty words)? Why is it being changed to Russian sex Kitten?

Is the name "Russian sex kitten" considered a dirty word (or more properly a set of dirty words)? Why is it being changed to Russian sex Kitten? By popular demand, actually. There was an evening in the earliest days of this site where mass silliness with word filters occurred, and quite a few people requested that that particular one be left intact after I took all the rest down.
