We had one glitch the other day, and it's looking to me like we're having another one today, but I want to make sure it's not just me. Is anyone else finding that the "new" buttons aren't working properly and that all the formatting options have disappeared from the "reply" screen?

Okay, after checking ProBoards tech support, I see that this appears to be an issue affecting a lot of their forums at present, and apparently they're still trying to figure out what's wrong. Hopefully things will stop glitching like crazy soon.

My guess is that someone botched the javascript(the scripts on the page) (since the timestamps are not translated into "X time ago". And maybe even the CSS (the styling of the page).

Coz I don't have any of those, anywhere, and I also don't have the little gear next to the quote button that Ctoan tells me lets you multiquote and stuff. I'd be very happy to find out it's not actually a fault of my browsers or adblock or having-a-PC-instead-of-a-MAC that makes me not see any of the things he brags about.  |

Incidentally, anyone who's still experiencing problems, try doing a Ctrl-F5 refresh of the forum and see if that helps at all. Apparently at least some of the fixes the ProBoards support staff have implemented so far don't show up properly without clearing your cache.

Today there apparently was a temporary safety issue, because I got a warning that it might not be safe to log in. Something about the possibility that somebody had created a copy of this forum. Things seem to be normal again now, though.

Huh, they never disappeared, just were super laggy to load. The new button was a little fucked though.
