When my new laptop charger eventually turns up (fucking amazon >:[), I fancy doing a play through of X-Com. Will do Unknown as it's simpler than Within and should therefore work better.

X-Com: Enemy Unknown (and expansion Enemy Within) is a squad-based strategy game where you control squads of up to 6 guys (you have to unlock larger squads in the officer training school) fighting off the alien menace.
It's very very fun, and can sometimes be outright terrifying. It's currently £14.99 on steam. Great game.
