Since I'll have an unprecedented amount of free time in late November through early January, I'd like to find a chance to host a game!
My idea is that we'd have different versions of the Phantom all collided into one universe. There will be a few different versions of Christine and Raoul. Each Phantom's goal is be the last one standing with Christine. Christine and Raoul can win either by escaping (by discovering the identity of the other half combined with other still to be worked out mechanics) with or when all Phantoms are dead. Other characters will include The Daroga (police chief from Leroux's novel, friend and proxy conscience to the Phantom), Raoul's older brother Philippe (who wants the Phantoms dead but doesn't want Raoul and Christine to elope), and various other people associated with the opera house depending on how many people are interested.
As host, I will be acting as Gaston Leroux, investigative journalist and mystery writer. Scenes will be detailed and likely will contain clues, both true and perhaps false or irrelevant. These as well as interactions between players will be important to each player in meeting their goal.
It's still just a concept for now, but feel free to sign up if interested!

Clues! I've really missed clues. I'll even take misleading ones. In!

Registering my /interest. edit: I don't suppose you'll be referencing Maskerade at all, as one of those versions..?

chandelier, at what time were you planning on running your game? Late November-January is a big window - if you were planning on holding off until late late November or December I might try to sneak in a quick game ahead of you, if there's interest.

Thinking of starting up around Thanksgiving (we'll say a window of Nov 26-30)
