Just so I'm clear - what time (GMT) is each day/night ending? It looks like there's approximately 26 hours remaining before nightfall.

Her success in identifying mafia members in the last game without the advantage of being a detective has convinced me that that's a solid strategy. May I draw your attention, of course, to the phenomenon known as "reversion towards the mean". I'm not doing this for any particularly good reason other than to belay the obvious and test your resolves towards this sheer randomness. You should know how I tend to play, by now, and be assured that I don't do this lightly. Hence, I'm Voting NVO to make it equal once more, before it becomes too bandwaggony for me to appeal to calmer and more logical attitudes. I shall withdraw that, if need be, but right now I think this is the best thing to do.

What happens if there's a draw in this game? Would it be a no lynch or a double lynch?

In the games I've been in, so far, it appears to have been a nolynch result, and thus a pass. I haven't checked if it differs in the ones before I arrived/took part, though.
(Elsewhere, I've seen "once N votes have been cast majority vote (or latest relevant one, in the case of a draw) [edit: immediately!] applies", where N is a function of total votes currently possible from the player-base. I'm tempted to implement that if/when I get my own game off the ground, just to shake things up.)

Yes, he is. So in the interests of voting as a group, we should flip a coin and heads vote TSM tails vote Breadknife. I have no knowledge of how to flip an electronic coin and confirm the results, therefore I demand we agree it is heads and comply with the nice man's silly plan. Flip a coin? Gaming amateur! Roll a d20! 2-18 evens are TSM, 3-19 tails are Breadknife. Crit fail vote yourself, nat 20 vote anyone! Sorry, Breadknife, but the die has spoken. Vote: Breadknife

Since I'm unsure what will happen in the case of a tie, and because someone else could vote and make it a tie again, I will vote Breadknife.

So you want to kill two people, then... Do you know something that at least some of the rest of us don't know?
Not that it probably matters, but switch to vote She-ep.

Breadknife: 7 NVO: 3 BlastLablaat/She-ep: 1 5 hours to go. ( FTFY, lest anyone gets confused with Blassy.) ((Also, double-check, but I think NVO is down to 2 votes, The Flanking Eldritch Elderberry von Zoidberg and TBK.))For those that prefer an argument not based upon history: Mafia are going to definitely try to kill non-mafia, tonight (unless stopped, by good luck or good judgement). That's a given, and something that's hard to stop. Lynching randomly, before that, is more likely to kill a civvie (it will, if it's me, but that's just me saying it) than happen upon a mafia member. For those that think that looking at previous games gives any clues: Three games ago, the Day 1 Lynch killed a mafia, which was good. Hooray! Two games ago, the Day 1 Lynch killed a civvie (hi there). Boo! Last game, Day 1 Lynch became a no-lynch due to a seven-way tie and yet none of those actually voted for were even actually mafioso (i.e. a last minute band-wagon would have failed). At the time, at least, and the one who became one still wasn't that when becoming the Day 2 Lynch victim, and then became pretty much the seed for the downfall of the town. But congratulations. The first game I played in, 10 players voted on day 1 (sometimes withdrawing and revoting, but here counting just the once) out of 18. The second, 8 out of 17. The third, 7 out of 11. This time it's 10 out of 14. First-day vote-participations of 55%, 47%, 63% and 71%. This game has the all-time 1 high! Now vote smarter, not harder, to give us (or those that remain, at this rate) a chance to win. 1 Within the time-frame of my personal playing history...

Well it did kill a mafia but it also handed the game over to an entirely different set of mafia who probably would have won if not for those meddling kids Marlas!

The votes are in and Breadknife is chosen to die first. You surround him, intending to drag him off and hang him. He draws a long, curved sabre and swings it in front of him, keeping the crowd at bay. SCIENCE steps towards him, palms raised, but before he can get a word out the condemned man runs him through, killing him instantly. You quickly overpower him with no further injuries and lynch him as planned. Upon searching the two bodies you discover that Breadknife was Captain Jack Maturin of the Royal Navy and commander of the Bat, and She-ep was a simple sailor. It is now night. Dawn breaks in 48 hours or when all actions have been completed.
