*would love to give ghost solidarity, but questions that statistic* So far I'm literally the only person who's guessed that someone was a mafia member (publicly, and prior to voting) and been right. No. wytyg and I both voted for Angry Russian the day before the night he was killed.

And I must say that I am very happy to have been wrong here.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'prior to voting'. Something like "Do you think this person is suspicious?"?

No, you aren't... Yikes, thank you, fairy godmother! Since I may not be able to log back in before Saturday, I'll start the voting: I vote Angry Russians. I've only played one game (Ovi's that just ended) with him as a player (in the first one he was the GM), but man did my gut tell me he was guilty in that one. And it was all based on the posts, not his voting. In fact, his voting actually threw me off. So, here we are again and once again I have this feeling - the explanation about how the mafia might just be sacrificing one of their own and the "wytyg was right" just read like... too much, somehow. It's not as bad as last game, because it's fewer posts, but I don't buy it.

As day dawns, you leave your warm beds and gather once again in the town to see who has been the victim of the mafia tonight. In the middle of the town, you find a very dazed looking wytyg.
You ask her what she is doing, and she explains that she was abducted from her bed last night by mysterious figures and that one of them drew a knife on her. At the last moment, they vanished without attacking her, leaving her eminently confused.
It is now day, and you have 48 hours to cast your lynch votes.

Just wondering... what exactly do you base that upon? The ghost of the Angry Russian seems to agree with you, which doesn't look good. The Angry Russian used to be Mafia, after all.

Seemed to be defending Serrland quite a bit before it was discovered that Serrland was mafia as well. May just be coincidental but it doesn't look good. And without anything else to go on, I'll have to say vote Jello as well. I'm not completely convinced that this is right but it's the strongest thing I see to go off of right now.

You're making a mistake by following NVO. I'm pretty sure the blood of the innocent will be on your hands if the two of you continue to do what you are currently doing. But maybe that suits your hidden agendas, because we still have to consider the possibility that at least one of you two is a member of the vile Mafia. Better retract your vote if you do not want to attract suspicion.

We've got more than a day left to go, so there's time to change votes still, which I will do if I see a better option. Who do you think it is- other than not Jello?

Well, NVO seems suspect for trying to start the lynch train as early as possible. I'll see what I can unearth by carefully analysing all that has been written before.

I have zero idea if jello is mafia or innocent but I do have to say that had I not been silenced that day I totally would have voted against lynching Serrland. I thought gamerdog was super suspicious, so I could understand Serrland voting for him after gamerdog had voted for Serrland. That's neither here nor there, but I figured I'd post it just to show that jello isn't necessarily mafia (which you already said yourself) seeing how I would have voted like he did and I'm an Officially Confirmed Innocent.™

It's not just not voting for Serrland that I find suspicious so much as actively attempting to defend them i.e. point out they might be silenced. I don't think it makes him mafia, but without much else to go on I'm voting for him for now.

Hrm. Well, you leave me no choice, then. I'm voting for Not Very Observant, because certain things just don't add up. Maybe it helps if a variable is removed from the equation.
