At that point I just decided to quit. |

Did you look at the Order History to find out why they didn't respond?

The surrender hastened the end but unless Ovi had intervened in the Med, I would have ground her to bits eventually. Considering that Blassy picked a fight with him and he needed his fleets in the Atlantic... I was also not really prepared for Ovi missing that turn. My attacks on Naples and Venice were done under the assumption that he'd be supporting them. I was looking forward to ferrying troops over from Bulgaria and marching up the Italian peninsula... Did you look at the Order History to find out why they didn't respond? I did and it told me the orders went through but on the actual game board it didn't. Would this perhaps be because I was countering them? |

Though I do have to say that Austria did require a lot more diplomatic maneuvering than unit management and balancing the powers within my region. That was fun. |
