AS a note: since voting closes in about twelve hours (yes, Thursday at midnight is the beginning of Thursday in case that was missed, that's the convention I'll be using for the game), please cast all votes with a specific name and in bold so I can more easily keep track of them.

Oh town, your silly failures are great. On the basis that neither Hlad nor Indi were actually silenced, but both don't follow directions, there isn't a mechanism that would fairly break the tie. But here's where the failure gets interesting, because Indi had no reason to tie the vote. In fact, doing so one could say was suicidal. Silly players, next time vote better.
"I say we lynch Dya!" "I say we lynch DM!" "Dya's always mafia!" "That's an induction fallacy, besides he's bound to not be mafia eventually!" "That's a sharpshooter fallacy!" WAIT WAS IS THIS TALK OF FALLACIES DOING "We don't know who to lynch!" CHRISSAKES GUYS "Well, some of us went no vote!" CHRISSAKES GUYS THERE'S A THREE WAY TIE BETWEEN TWO PLAYERS AND NOTHING "Well, see, we figured we'd..." NO NO, SHUT UP LEGION IS VERY DISAPPOINTED SEE QUITE CLEARLY, IF THERE IS A TIE THE STRAWMAN DIES AND THE STRAWMAN IS AN INNOCENT SO YOU MADE A FUCKING THREE-WAY TIE LIKE MORONS CHRISSAKES "Wait, does that mean..." INDI, YOU'RE DEAD NEXT TIME JUST JOIN A BANDWAGON LEGION OUT
Unable to come to a consensus, and in fact coming to three different consensuses, the town has invoked the wrath of Elderberry. Indi, the Strawman, a confirmed innocent that was warned this would happen has died as a result. She may curse another player to die in the next tie, this will be done in private and the new strawman will be informed. They will keep their old power as well.
It is now night, I swear to The Almighty Corn God if you fail to reach a consensus again I might kill all of you at once.

Also, future rounds I will only count bolded votes I'm case there is actually a silenced player. Also no votes are counted as abstentions, not as "no one die" and won't be eligible for causing a tie.

That really sucks. Worst of all, the Strawman dying means we didn't really learn anything from the voting.

Are we waiting on pokey people to get in their night actions or Edlichbury to write a scene?

Are we waiting on pokey people to get in their night actions or Edlichbury to write a scene? The former, but expect for some wait on the latter as my laptop is currently in the shop to get the charging jack fixed. If I don't have the actions by tonight, I roll dice for those who haven't responded.

Alright, one person didn't get in. Voting closes whenever my laptop is done getting repaired, which is probably Thursday. So voting tentatively closes Thursday at noon, might change.
"It's clearly him!" "But wait, isn't it random?" "I don't know, Ed's weird sometimes." I HEARD THAT "You aren't LEGION yet, no one actually killed you!" HA, SUCK IT EVERYONE, I MADE IT TO THE SECOND DAY! "You're hosting." STILL, BABY STEPS "Whatever, did the doctor save him?" NOPE "So he's dead?" YEP SUCKS TO BE HIM
legion ELDERBERRY
Gamerdog, the Neckbeard, has died. The Neckbeard's powers cannot save themselves, so in this case you don't get his powers at all! Haha, haha, you suck as a town.

I find it more than a little suspicious that Dya is still alive after professing an important civilian role yesterday. He can only be mafia. Vote Dya.

I made a cheat sheet for all the roles from the sign-up thread and last October's thread (Lazyberry! ) and I still don't even know if the Neckbeard is even on the side of the town. That is, I guess I do now.

I was all "he did what?" but then I read back through the thread and he really did. I didn't even see that. Also, that's weird, esp. since he only had 2 votes against him at the time (out of only 3 given) so it wasn't all that desperate yet. Also, he already tricked me last game. So vote Dya it is, coz he's being weird.

I respectfully disagree. But that's not to say I haven't built up some conclusions. Maybe you'll hear these later, if I can get them in before being killed this time. (Because everyone knows I'm always right, right? Except when I'm not, of course.)

Retaliatory vote beautifuldarkness… Let's just say, I'm still alive because I've a couple of tricks up my sleeve. If I get lynched, I'd look real hard at anyone who voted for me.

Voting for you is the logical thing to do at this point, it hardly makes anyone who does suspicious.

I voted for Dyakovo before, but that was just first-day shenanigans. I'm going to hold off on voting tomorrow, but I do question TBD's logic.

Dyakovo might have an important role, but the mafia might not have killed him in an attempt at reverse psychology. Or, the mafia might have been the ones we were waiting on, and Gamerdog might have died because of a random roll. Edit: Or, he might be an innocent, but the mafia thinks he's bluffing about how important his role is.
