Sorry guys, it has been a rough couple weeks. Basically got demoted for bullshit reasons, suspended from work for a week, and to top it all off, spent all that time sick as a dog.

Just let Yokai handle it, she's got more bonuses to diplomacy than you have total charisma. And may possibly still be inferior in that respect to a sorcerer I once made… I'd actually like to compare notes about that sometime. All I know is my spells already have 19 or 20 for DC and one of them can permanently end the danger from one enemy. That's barely hyperbole, though the spell technically speaking wouldn't do jack shit to me if I got hit by it. At this point, I think there is a legitimate chance that I will not actually deal a single point of damage to anything ever and instead sit back and throw on conditions and debuffs and illusions and other really nasty, but entirely non-lethal or damaging, effects. |

I'd have to find my old character sheet to check my DCs, but I was trained in all three social skills, at level 4 I would have had either a 14 or 16 in diplomacy (I think, we were starting at level seven, and it's hard to remember my feat order), plus I could shift attitudes three steps via diplomacy. Also, my spells mind-affecting, language dependent spells that normally only worked on humanoids, like charm person and command, worked on animals. I seem to recall having one other trick up my sleeve from a trait, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. |
